Sean Mabrey's Professional Acumen
Mr. Mabrey’s diverse professional journey has equipped him with a unique blend of skills that have contributed to his success in the construction industry:
- Military Service: Served in the Navy, attached to Marine Corps EOD teams as medical support. His service included travel to 13 ports of call in the Mediterranean aboard the USS Austin LPD.
- Healthcare: Following his military service, Sean briefly worked as a Registered Nurse at prestigious institutions including Duke and UNC, specializing in Cardio Thoracic Intensive Care Units (CTICU).
- Finance and Mortgage Industry:
- Started as a loan officer with First Residential Mortgage in Raleigh, NC.
- Later branched out to open his own mortgage business, Carteret Mortgage, growing it to include 30 loan officers.
- During this time, he also operated 4 M Development, a construction division focused on land clearing and home building.
